Millicom International Cellular: Completion of a Partial Tender Offer on a BondSTOCKHOLM --(Business Wire)-- Millicom International Cellular (News - Alert) (NASDAQ:MICC) (STO:MIC) Millicom, the international telecommunications and media company (Stockholmsbörsen: MIC), today announces that it has completed a partial tender offer on the 2017 bond issued by its subsidiary in El Salvador. The company has successfully completed a partial cash tender offer (USD139m of aggregate principal out of a principal amount outstanding of USD450m) of the 2017 bond issued by Telemovil Finance Co Ltd in October 2010. The transactio is aimed at improving the balance sheet efficiency.
