Klick Health Named a Top 10 Great Place to Work®

Klick Health today thanked the almost 400 employees it calls Klicksters for their 'relentless pursuit of awesome' upon receiving recognition for having one of the Best Workplaces in Canada for the third year running, moving up to #9 from #16 in the sub-1,000-employees category.

Klick's unique culture inspired the writing of the New York Times' Bestselling business book, The Decoded Company (Portfolio/Penguin), which also profiles progressive management practices at Google (News - Alert), Starbucks, Valve, and Whole Foods.

Consistently recognized for itscorporate culture, Klick was also recently named one of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures, 50 Best Managed Companies, and 50 Best Employers. In 2013, Klick won a total of 85 awards for its management, culture and client work.

This list of "Best Workplaces in Canada" is compiled by Great Place to Work^® Institute Canada. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from a 58-statement survey completed by a random selection of employees, along with their open-ended comments about their organization; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization's culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures. This offers a rigorous representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to the five trust-building dimensions of a great place to work^®: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This year's list received over 300 nominations and over 60,000 employees participated in the 2014 "Best Workplaces in Canada" survey.
