Tech Council of Maryland to Host Gubernatorial Candidate ForumROCKVILLE, Md. --(Business Wire)-- The Tech Council of Maryland (TCM), Maryland's largest technology trade association for life science and technology, will host a forum for Maryland's gubernatorial candidates Monday, April 21, 2014 in Bethesda.
