Volume of online purchases by Montenegrins up three times in Q1 2014 [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports]

(IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Montenegrin postal operator Posta Crne Gore delivered some 47,320 parcels of goods purchased via the internet in the first quarter of 2014, which is three times above the volume of online purchases a year earlier, broadcaster RTCG reported.   Out of the total, 8,950 were delivered via the Post Express service, under which buyers receive their parcels within one day after their arrival in Montenegro.

Posta Crne Gore's PR officer Vesna Goljevic-Novovic said that on the other hand, the operator sent 920 parcels from Montenegro to foreign destinations and distributed 320 items from abroad to the country over the period via the Express Mail Service (EMS). EMS is the express deliveries service for international traffic.   (c) 2014 Emerging Markets Direct Media Holdings LLC Provided by Syndigate.info, an Albawaba.com company
