Kentucky Presents Tyler Technologies with Education Technology Partnership AwardPLANO, Texas --(Business Wire)-- The Kentucky Department of Education presented Tyler Technologies (News - Alert), Inc. (NYSE: TYL) with a 2013 Stilwell K-12 Education Technology Partnership Award for outstanding efforts to improve the educational experiences and opportunities for public school teachers and students in Kentucky.
