Robin Energie Selects Nexant's RevenueManager to Manage Customer Care, Billing, and Electronic Market Messaging

Nexant announced today that Robin Energie, a Dutch energy retailer, selling gas and power to residential and small business customers in the Netherlands primarily through an important niche market of curators and budget keepers, has signed an agreement to license Nexant RevenueManager® software.

The Nexant end-to-end energy retail software platform will be used for customer care and billing, electronic market messaging, and client self-servicing for its residential and small and medium enterprise gas and power customers.

Nexant RevenueManager® is an integrated energy retail customer care and billing solution that has been extensively used in Europe for more than a decade. The Nexant platform is scheduled to go live for Robin Energie in Q2 2014.
