(National News Agency (Lebanon) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) NNA - Baabda palace itinerant visitors included minister of Telecommunications Boutros Harb, who reportedly briefed President Michel Sleiman over plans designed to renovate the Internet Highway amid steps aimed at reprising of web services and extending them to rural and outlying areas.



Prosecutor-General for Appeal Judge Samir Hammoud, reportedly discussed with the president modalities of the Special Tribunal over Lebanon's summons to court of the two journalists; the president instructed the Judge to explain to the S.T.L and world media Lebanon's full abiding by international norms while upholding the S.T.L and according it full backing.

Nawwaf Salam; Lebanon's ambassador to the U.N. reportedly briefed president Sleiman over the outcome of the International Group's assistance to Lebanon in a bid to implement its New York briefings.


Upon the opening of Baabda palace to the public on the first Saturday of every month, the president took visitors by surprise and posed with them for a picture.
