(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Nortek, Inc. announced the appointment of Mark DeVincent as Group President of its Custom and Engineered Solutions (CES) segment.

According to a release, DeVincent replaces Eric Roberts, who resigned following a five-year career with Nortek.

Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Flextronics International, where he was the senior executive responsible for the company's $2.5 billion server and storage business.

"Mark is an experienced manufacturing leader with a deep background in sales," said Nortek President and Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Clarke.
