DOHA: Executives from Qatar Foundation recently completed the latest edition of the Senior Management Leadership Development Programme delivered by Said Business School at the prestigious University of Oxford. Having partnered with the Said Business School for the six-month course, Qatar Foundation acknowledged the achievements of its leaders at a ceremony held at the Qatar National Convention Centre. The 25 senior executives were selected as participants on the programme, developed as a leadership pipeline, to equip them with the competencies necessary to confront the current strategic challenges at Qatar Foundation. Engineer Saad Al Muhannadi, President of Qatar Foundation, congratulated the executives saying they had taken time out of their busy schedules to pursue a learning programme which had helped them strengthen working relationships with one another and add greater value to their respective roles. "I want our young current and future leaders to understand that Qatar Foundation has achieved so much and our ability to excel in the next phase of the Qatar Foundation's future is dependent on them," he said. The four learning modules of the Senior Management Leadership Development Programme, which catered exclusively to Qatar Foundation's diverse and unique needs, covered the core themes of organisational strategy, innovation and creativity, results delivery and effective people management.
