Lim quits Cardiff... but Bellamy could be back [Western Mail (Wales)](Western Mail (Wales) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) IT'S all change at Cardiff City with chief executive Simon Lim and former Bluebirds player Kevin Cooper the big name departures, while chairman Mehmet Dalman is taking up a new executive role. Malaysian Lim has been in Portugal, representing Cardiff at the Football League annual meeting, but leaves the Championship club this week. Former City midfield player Cooper, 39, is to be revealed as the new manager of Servette Geneva tomorrow, a move which leaves a coaching vacancy and opens up the possibility of Craig Bellamy starting his coaching career with his home city club. Bellamy has been linked with a coaching move to join Cooper's backroom staff at Servette - the two men were seen together at the Geneva club - while Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now needs a new manager for his under-21 development team. Cooper led his young Bluebirds to the Premier Development League South title in each of the last two seasons and Bellamy may be interested in the role. Solskjaer joins a new executive board of four people - alongside owner Vincent Tan, Dalman and general manager Ken Choo - and they will oversee all transfer activity. "We have a transfer committee to ensure we have full transparency," says Dalman. "Both the owner and manager can see exactly what is happening and are part of every decision. "Ultimately, of course, unless the manager agrees we would not go ahead with a proposed deal. "My new position means I have powers to make executive decisions. "Ken Choo is our new general manager and runs the non-football side - finance, operations, commercial, legal and human resources." Solskjaer, Tan and Dalman have worked together on all of Cardiff's four new signings so far and the Bluebirds are closing in on a fifth transfer target. Adam Le Fondre, Austrian midfield player Guido Burgstaller, Spanish striker Javi Guerra and former Manchester United forward Federico Macheda are the four who have already committed to Cardiff, while Solskjaer is keen on adding at least two more. The priorities, it seems, are a central defender and midfield player with Steven Caulker and Gary Medel both keen to play in the Premier League next season. Both have release clauses in their contracts and are able to move on for the right price. Striker Fraizer Campbell has started talks with Leicester City on his possible move to the newlypromoted Foxes and should make a decision over the next few days. Solskjaer is keen to keep Campbell, but Leicester have triggered an Pounds 800,000 release clause in his contract and the striker can make his own decision whether to stay or move on.
