Fortum Names Sormunen To Executive Management [Eurasia Review](Eurasia Review Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Sirpa-Helena Sormunen, LL.M. (Helsinki University), 54, has been appointed General Counsel and member of Fortum Corporation’s Executive Management as of 1 September 2014. She will report to Tapio Kuula, President and CEO of Fortum Corporation. For the last two years Sirpa-Helena Sormunen has been working as General Counsel for Patria, a provider of defence, security and aviation life-cycle support services and technology solutions. Prior to that, she has held several managerial and legal positions at Nokia and NSN with the responsibility of global legal teams.
