Michael Delpierre, CEO of Conversion Pipeline, an award-winning digital marketing agency, and Nancy Shafer, CEO of BRAVO! Events by Design, a strategic event design and management firm, have joined the cause to improve the lives of children in the metro Washington, DC community.

"We are excited to have these two executives with their ideas, energy, talents, and connections to work for Let's Help Kids," says Jen Sterling LHK co-founder. "We have one of the hardest working boards in the area eager to find ways to fulfill the Let's Help Kids mission." Delpierre and Shafer enthusiastically jumped in to help with the 4th annual Let's Help Kids Dual Gala this past March and are working now on the Let's Help Kids Art Auction for Happiness and new ways to bring the message of helping area kids to donors and organizations that share our mission.

"It is an honor to bring BRAVO!'s expertise, resources and passion to Let's Help Kids, such an amazing organization started by a 6-year-old." Says Nancy Shaffer, Founder & CEO, BRAVO! Events. "We are excited about plans already in place and those to come for the 5th "birthday" gala celebration and being a part of making the 2015 gala a not to miss event. We are humbled and inspired by Rachel and her mission to bring joy to kids not as lucky as she is, one bucket at a time! Get ready as we will celebrate the child within all of us!" "I'm so impressed by this organization I had to join it," says Michael Delpierre. "A week of summer camp or a trip to the movies may not seem like much to most people but to a child it means they can be like their friends, create a happy memory, and feel special." To date, Let's Help Kids has provided hundreds of area kids with happiness by granting wishes from birthday presents, bicycles, to Halloween costumes.
