Snupps Appoints 3 to Board of Directors [Health & Beauty Close - Up]


(Health & Beauty Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Snupps on June 9 said that Edgar Bronfman Jr., Kevin Johnson and Bruce Chatterley are joining Chairman and CEO Sari Anabtawi as members of the Board of Directors.

According to a company release, the new Snupps Board of Directors now includes: -Bronfman is currently General Partner at Accretive, a private investment firm, Chairman of Endeavor Global, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping high-impact entrepreneurs around the world, and is also a member of the Board of IAC, the NYU Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center, The Council on Foreign Relations and Accretive Health. Previously, Bronfman was the Chairman and CEO of Warner Music Group and CEO of The Seagram Company.



-Chatterley is the CEO at Layered Technologies, and previously held CEO positions at Broadvox, Speakeasy and ViAir, as well as serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Clearwire Corp. (CLWR). Chatterley has also held senior management positions at Concur Technologies, Ameritech and US West. Chatterley brings over 25 years of domestic and international high-tech and telecommunications experience, and has hands on experience building and scaling technology companies.

-Johnson is a Partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Sullivan, a business litigation firm in the United States. Johnson serves as lead counsel to Samsung, Sony, Marvell, Mediatek, Twitter and Salesforce.com. Johnson brings a wealth of experience advising both Fortune 500 as well as smaller growing technology companies.
