California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Selects Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software to Support Outcomes Case Management

Drawing from The Future of California Corrections Blueprint, this initiative supports highly-individualized rehabilitation services through the use of evidenced based programming to offenders in Alternative Custody in state-contracted rehabilitation programs, across 22 defined program areas. By leveraging research-based ETO Performance Models, the State is able to implement a software solution rapidly while more effectively managing the contracted services aimed at reducing recidivism. Though services will be highly individualized at the local level-across providers, programs and communities throughout the state of California-outcomes will be measured and managed in a common way, to ensure meaningful, accurate, actionable reporting.
