AMAG announces Bob Sawyer as its new Chairman of Board of Directors and Matt Barnette as President(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 13 June 2014 Release date- 12062014 - In a planned transition effective July 1, 2014, AMAG Technology, Inc. announced recently that Bob Sawyer, AMAG's President and CEO, will become Chairman of AMAG's Board of Directors, relinquishing day to day executive management of the Company to Matt Barnette, currently AMAG's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Matt Barnette will be promoted to President and will report to G4S Technology CEO, Keith Whitelock. 'Bob Sawyer recently celebrated 40 years of service with AMAG Technology and has been President and CEO for the last 19 years. During his tenure, AMAG's revenue growth, market position and expansion has positioned the company as a recognised market leader. Since joining AMAG in 2004, Mr. Barnette has served AMAG as a Senior Business Development Manager, Vice President of Sales and Executive, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.
