ESX's New Making It Count Program Launches Directory of Experts

NASHVILLE, Tenn. --(Business Wire)--

While many industry events provide resources, ESX has spent the past twelve months focused on how to make those resources count. Through its new customer care initiative, ESX is providing attendees with free tools and advice to activate successful business practices.

Today it announced the launch of its new Trusted Advisors Directory (TAD) - a tool for ESX attendees and exhibitors. This indexed listing of subject matter experts with contact information for over 100 of the industry's finest leaders and mentors, will help connect the ESX Community via different business and tech topics.

The tool enables attendees to quickly locate the expertise they are looking for by subject, and then make contact with experts for direct and candid one-on-one consultations. All those listed in the directory will be in attendance at the show June 23-26 in Nashville, TN.

The online TAD is available now at http://www.ESXweb.com/TAD as a pre-show tool to help plan meetings onsite, and the print version will be distributed at ESX to all attendees as a permanent reference manual.

The TAD is part of the Making It Count Program, a revolutionary enhancement to tradeshow customer care. Making It Count uses guides and outreach to provide tailored advice and reminders on how to get the most out of ESX before, during, and after the show, and leverage the investment in ESX to ultimately make real change in an attendee's business. The signature sponsor of Making It Count is boutique wholesale monitoring company, Security Partners, LLC.

John Galante, President of AE Ventures, producers of ESX and the program architects for Making It Count, explains the value of the tool. "Most tradeshows just focus on getting you there, then they drop you at the door and say 'good luck, now you're on your own.' But what happens after the show is just as important - the follow-up and follow through. Having a tool like the TAD not only makes finding the right people easier at ESX, but it provides a take-away resource that can be consulted after the show. That's when you are implementing the new ideas you got at ESX - and that's often when you need an advisor the most."

"We're proud to be sponsoring the ESX Making It Count program, because it's all about results for its customers, a concept we keep foremost in our own operations," said Michael Bodnar, president of Security Partners, LLC., the signature sponsor of Making It Count.
