WibiData Joins Forces with Hortonworks [Professional Services Close - Up]
(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) WibiData said it has formed a partnership with Hortonworks development and support of 100-percent open source Apache Hadoop.
According to a media release, WibiEnterprise, a software platform for brands to develop and deliver real-time personalization applications across channels, is now available to be integrated with the Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP), running on HDP 2.0 and above.
The companies noted that Hortonworks' integration with WibiEnterprise extends this ease-of-use model to the application layer, empowering developers and data scientists to derive more business value from their existing Hadoop infrastructure.
WibiData's personalization engine can ingest all user data that is available to create personalized recommendations and customer experiences across any digital touchpoint, including web properties, mobile applications, in-store kiosks or points-of-sale.
