The firm, which marks its second year in business this month, has seen demand for its food and drink range surge by 25% in the last 12 months, firing the firm's ambitions to become a regional provider of high-quality boutique home and garden products. Since investing in the online market and a new website, the company has set its sights on expansion, a plan it hopes will be realised now that it has secured a full-time marketing and SEO team to assist in the promotion of its products, which includes organic and biodynamic friendly wines, North East craft beers and contemporary garden furniture. The firm consists of husband and wife team Will and Jade Skeels, and Jade's mother, and the Skeels say profits are predicted to increase by at least 40% in the current financial year. Jade Skeels, said: "We have seen a solid increase in our online sales and we're always looking to add new and exciting home and lifestyle products to fuel our customer's imagination and expectations. "We are good at working with our suppliers too - they trust us and want to work with us, and they send a lot of people our way because of that. Having broken even in the first year of trading, the pair expected second year accounts to show an impressive lift in sales and profits, buoyed by growing consumer confidence as well as their growing list of products on offer to eager customers. Will Skeels added: "Boda Home isn't just about one section or one product, we've thought about the home as a concept and from food to drink and home improvements, we have it covered."
