BRIEF: Roseville's Gallina LLP acquires Southern California accounting firm [The Sacramento Bee :: ](Sacramento Bee (CA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) June 26--Roseville-based accounting firm Gallina LLP said it has acquired Mellon Johnson Reardon, an accounting firm based in Ontario. The local company said the six partners and employees of MJR will be joining Gallina effective Tuesday. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Larry Taylor, managing partner at Gallina, said the acquisition "expands Gallina's audit, tax and specialty consulting practices while increasing our firm's presence in Southern California." Gallina has offered diverse accounting and consulting services since 1972. It operates nearly a dozen offices throughout the West.
