Synthomer Group CEO To Depart Next June(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - Synthomer PLC said Tuesday that Group Chief Executive Adrian Whitfield will step down from the role on June 30, 2015. Whitfield has served in the position for the last eight years. He will remain on the board and as group CEO until June next year in order to allow sufficient time for the company to find a replacement and to care-take an orderly transition, said Synthomer. "Adrian has overseen Synthomer's transformation from a small, diversified chemical business to a world leading producer of aqueous polymers. He led the highly successful acquisition of PolymerLatex in 2011 and during his tenure the Company's revenues have more than doubled to over £1 billion," said Chairman Neil Johnson.
