Estonian Supreme Court Confirms Preliminary Injunction Against Secured 3D in Secure Cloud 3D Printing Platform IPR Infringement Case(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Tallinn, Estonia (PRWEB) July 01, 2014 FABULONIA Inc. announced today that the Supreme Court of Estonia has rejected all appeals by Secured 3D and ITBS to remove the use, sale, transfer and license ban, pertaining to Fabulonia's entire secure cloud-based 3D printing, collaboration and encryption platform and secure cloud 3D streaming software, online 3D printer management and embedded printer drivers for 3D printers. Fabulonia's innovation is the ability to manage and stream original designs directly to 3D printers without exposing source files to 3rd parties. On December 20, 2013 Fabulonia filed a copyright and contract infringement lawsuit against Secured 3D and ITBS in the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia (case No 2-13-61048). In the claim Fabulonia presented evidence that Secured 3D took and rebranded as its own Fabulonia's secure cloud-based 3D printing, collaboration and encryption platform. The Harju County Court granted Fabulonia on January 6, 2014 a preliminary injunction against Secured 3D and ITBS. The Estonian Supreme Court has confirmed the preliminary injunction against Secured 3D and ITBS on June 11, 2014 (case No 3-7-1-2-227). After the Supreme Court's ruling Secured 3D, Anton Vedeshin and ITBS have lost appeals at all court levels in Estonia where Secured 3D software development takes place. Fabulonia has presented evidence to the courts that Secured 3D, represented by its founders Anton Vedeshin and John Dogru have continued to be in breach of effective court rulings. Under Estonian law, a transaction breaching preliminary injunction is void. Considering the effective court rulings, the cloud-based encryption platform by Secured 3D represents legal unknowns for manufacturers, designers and other commercial users. The recently announced 3DPrinterOS by 3D Control Systems interfaces with the Secured 3D cloud platform. 3D Control Systems and Secured 3D are startups co-founded by Anton Vedeshin and John Dogru, both of whom were previously involved with Fabulonia's architecture design. ITBS, by Anton Vedeshin, was a contract software developer for Fabulonia, it was stated in the lawsuit.
