BLACKBERRY SEEKS LIFELINE WITH HEALTHCARE FORAY(Indian Business Insight Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BlackBerry of Canada, which has lost ground in the smartphone race, is now attempting to make its presence felt in the internet of things space by launching a healthcare service that will integrate thousands of medical devices to enable early detection of illnesses. The company will launch a connected healthcare service in partnership with healthcare technology company NantHealth of US. It is already running trials with multiple hospitals in India. It includes integration with different hospital information systems as well as various medical equipment. |
