q&a he even finds time to write [National, The (United Arab Emirates)]

(National, The (United Arab Emirates) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Roebuck is a visiting professor of transformational leadership at Cass Business School in London and has spent more than 35 years either developing leaders or being a leader himself. His career includes a stint as an officer in the British Army as well as in roles at HSBC, London Underground and in local government. Today, he is a TV and radio commentator and a regular contributor in print media. He also writes a blog on leadership and runs leadership masterclasses.

Anything else? Well, according to his website, he has developed new mobility equipment for the British Army, blown up a 40-metre factory chimney and skied at 99 kilometres per hour unintentionally.

You didn't like the book, so what did others think? Management Today wrote: "Will this book make you a great leader? Well, it might, particularly for those starting out on the journey." And HR Magazine was also positive: "As a modern guide for leading people and organisations it is a genuinely impressive addition to a crowded sector." And the leaders liked it too. Gerald Walker, the chief executive commercial banking, UK, Ireland and Middle East at ING Bank wrote: "Crammed with real-life examples and practical advice, Chris Roebuck delivers a masterful guidebook on the subject of leadership in a 21st-century context." Where can I buy it? It's available from Roebuck's website leadtosucceed.me for £25.86 (Dh163), which includes delivery to the Middle East or £8.99 on Kindle. And £1 from each book sold goes to the Red Cross.
