Messina, Sr., in order to focus on the strategic growth of Corporate Resource Service, relinquished the title of President, effective July 22, 2014. He will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Mark Levine, Corporate Resource Service's Chief Operating Officer was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer by the Board of Directors effective July 22, 2014. Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. The Company issued a press release on July 22, 2014, announcing that Mark S. Levine has been promoted to the position of President, a title relinquished by John P. Messina who will continue on as Corporate Resource Services' Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
