AG: Online child pornography probe leads to Dover man [York Daily Record, Pa. :: ](York Daily Record (PA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) July 25--A child-predator task force comprised of federal, state and local law enforcement arrested a 22-year-old Dover man inside his home this week after finding him in possession of hundreds of child pornographic images and videos, police said. Robert Grubb III, of the 2900 block of Carlisle Road, became the focus of an investigation conducted by special agents with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and Northern York County Regional Police last summer, according to court documents. Agents were investigating files related to an IP address of a computer Grubb had been using. Agents downloaded four files from the computer in April 2013 depicting girls as young as 4 and 5 conducting sexual acts with adult males, charging documents state. After speaking with Comcast, which identified the subscriber of the computer's account, special agents and Northern York County Regional Police were eventually led to another area home where Grubb was living. Grubb was handcuffed without incident and agreed to speak with police officials. He told them he had seen child pornography through use of a file sharing program, described by special agents as a peer-to-peer network where users can quickly share and download files. Agents discovered that a user profile "GRUBB MAN," had downloaded over 500 child pornographic images with some samples including toddlers, charging documents state. At one point during the search of the home, agents asked Grubb about a missing hard drive from the computer. He replied, "you'll never find it," charging documents state. Grubb was arraigned before Judge David Eshbach and transported to York County Prison in lieu of a $100,000 bail.
