(the "Company") approved the holding of its 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, September 18, 2014. The record date, time and location of the 2014 Annual Meeting will be as set forth in the Company's proxy statement for the 2014 annual meeting. In order for a stockholder to submit any such proposal for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement for the 2014 Annual Meeting, the proposal must be received by the Company's Secretary at 321 South 1250 West, Suite 1, Lindon, Utah 84042 no later than the close of business on August 4, 2014.
