DELTA AIR LINES INC /DE/ FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers On July 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta") elected Francis S. Blake to Delta's Board of Directors. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Blake to serve on the Board's Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Blake will be compensated for his service as a director on the same basis as other non-employee directors of Delta. Compensation for Delta's non-employee directors is described in Delta's Proxy Statement for its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders as filed with the SEC on May 12, 2014.
