Funeral for slain hostage to be streamed live [The Record, Stockton, Calif. :: ]

(Record (Stockton, CA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) July 27--STOCKTON -- A memorial service for slain hostage Misty Holt-Singh will be streamed live Monday on the Internet, the family and church officials said Saturday.

The service will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at Bear Creek Community Church, 11171 North Lower Sacramento Road, in Lodi. The service is open to the public and will be steamed live at new.bearcreekchurch.com/events/Misty.

Off-site parking will be available at the shopping center at 10144 Lower Sacramento Road in Stockton, which is 1.4 miles from the church. The church will provide two shuttle vans that will be available before and after the service.

Holt-Singh was one of three hostages taken when three men robbed a Bank of the West branch on Thornton Road on July 16. She was found dead inside the getaway vehicle after the bank robbers engaged police in an intense gunbattle that also killed two of the robbers.

The sole surviving suspect, 19-year-old Jaime Ramos, is facing a litany of charges, including three counts of murder and 22 counts of attempted murder of a peace officer, authorities said. Police are still searching for a fourth accomplice who dropped off the gunmen prior to the robbery in a black four-door sedan that was later found abandoned in a north Stockton neighborhood.

A $50,000 reward is being offered to anyone who provides a tip that leads to the arrest and conviction of the fourth suspect, authorities said.

Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to call the Stockton Police Department at (209) 937-8377, the Investigations Unit at (209) 937-8323 or Crime Stoppers at (209) 946-0600. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards up to $10,000. Callers can remain anonymous.

Cellphone users can text information to 274637 (CRIMES) by entering the keyword "TIPSPD" followed by their tip. Internet users can visit the Police Department's Facebook page and click "Submit a Tip." Contact reporter Jason Anderson at (209) 546-8279 or [email protected].
