In 2002, Ms. Gottlich founded EG Marketing Strategies, which provides strategic insight and project management in all areas of primary market research. She specializes in new product development, brand positioning, advertising evaluation, lifetime value of a customer, and concept and product testing using qualitative, quantitative and hybrid methodologies as appropriate. She is known for taking a 360° view of an issue synthesizing data from a variety of sources to provide informed insights and answers to her clients. Ms. Gottlich's passion is to bring the voice of the ordinary consumer into the boardroom to make better, customer-centric business decisions. She has experience working in consumer package goods, financial services and nonprofit.


Ms. Gottlich is currently involved with Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), Market Research Association (MRA) and Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI). She was invited to participate in the 2014 Market Research Exchange in Austin, Texas in June where she gave her point of view on the state of market research today. She has an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Math from the University at Albany and has also successfully completed the facilitation and tools and techniques programs at the Creative Problem Solving Institute.
