HealthEquity Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
DRAPER, Utah --(Business Wire)--
HealthEquity, Inc. (Nasdaq: HQY), one of the largest U.S. Health Savings
Account non-bank custodians, today announced the pricing of its initial
public offering of 9,100,000 shares of common stock at a price to the
public of $14.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on
the NASDAQ Global Select Market on July 31, 2014 under the symbol "HQY."
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an
additional 1,365,000 shares of common stock from HealthEquity to cover
over-allotments, if any.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo (News - Alert) Securities, LLC are acting as
joint book-running managers for the offering. Raymond James &
