CARA'S TOP OF THE SHOPS IN AW CAMPAIGN [Ulster Region] [Mirror (UK)]


(Mirror (UK) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) today I want to talk about a certain Ms Cara Delevingne. It's not because everyone IS talking about her right now, it's because everyone WANTS to talk about her right now.

She is the model of the moment, the girl of moment and she is pretty much everywhere at the moment.

Cara is to now what Kate Moss was to the 90s. And it seems, just like with Mossy, we and the fashion world can't get enough.

I featured her at the top of "What's Hot" a while back, when she was just starting to make waves. But truth be told I noticed this blonde well before that.

She used to model clothes for ASOS - the online store which uses hundreds of models who work there "to pay the bills". But Cara stood out from them. She made everything look super cool, super desirable and made me want to buy everything she wore - in other words she did everything a super model is supposed to do.



If I saw it in her so easily, it wasonly inevitable the big boys and girls of fashion (Burberry, Chanel, D&G, DKNY, DVF, Fendi, Jason Wu, Moschino, Stella McCartney) would too and snap her up for their catwalks and campaigns.

Which is why she is featured in Northern Fashion today as she has been unveiled as the sole face of Topshop's AW14 campaign (usually they have a few) and it has made quite an impact.


Is there anything particularly special about the clothes? In my opinion, no, not really. Yet again it's all about Cara, and how she wears them. This 21-year-old is an unconventional beauty, but her trademark eyebrows and razor-sharp bone structure is on every girl's wishlist, as is every item of clothing you see on this page. Clever, clever Topshop.
