Sterigenics International Completes $826 Million Acquisition of Nordion Inc.
DEERFIELD, Ill. --(Business Wire)--
Sterigenics International LLC, the leading global provider of outsourced
contract sterilization services and a portfolio company of GTCR, today
announced it has completed its $826 million acquisition of Nordion Inc.

sterilization services, primarily to the medical device, pharmaceutical,
