Mavenir Systems® to Host a Webcast for the Investment Community on Virtualization of 4G LTE Networks

Mavenir Systems (News - Alert), Inc. (NYSE: MVNR) today announced that it will host a conference call and webcast presentation for the investment community to present Mavenir's thought leadership on 4G LTE (News - Alert), Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

The discussion will include the impact of IP on mobile networks and how virtualized networks will change the landscape for carriers and subscribers. New services such as Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Voice over Wi-Fi and Rich Communication Services currently being deployed, are just the beginning.

Ian Maclean, Mavenir's Vice President of Strategy, will host the webcast presentation and Terry Hungle, Mavenir's Chief Financial Officer, will be available for questions on the webcast after the presentation.



Mavenir will offer a live webcast and presentation, which will include forward looking information.

Registration for the live webcast is available on the "Investor Relations" section of Mavenir's website (http://investor.mavenir.com) and the recorded session will be archived for a period of 60 days.
