Wagner's e-commerce firm soars

Dan Wagner returned to the public markets yesterday, 14 years after his online information firm Dialog's shares crashed 95 per cent during the dot-com crash, with the float of Attraqt, an online store operator that offers search, merchandising and recommendation software to retailers, including Boohoo, Superdry and Paperchase. Shares in the company jumped seven per cent during their debut to close up at 53.5p in London.
