BRIEF: Pennsylvania company buys IOIx Software of Nampa [The Idaho Statesman :: ](Idaho Statesman (Boise) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Aug. 25--A Pennsylvania company has purchased Nampa's IOIx Software, which makes online tools for insurance agents. The purchasing company, Ritter Insurance Marketing, has been renamed eBroker Insurance after buying IOIx Software in July. IOIx Software helps insurance agents with quotes, plan comparisons, subsidy calculations, enrollment and client management. Agents can run eBook tools from their own websites. Ritter Insurance Marketing promotes and distributes insurance carriers' products to insurance agents. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. EBroker says it will expand from 11 employees in Nampa to 16.
