Associa Employees Volunteer at Dallas LIFE to Feed the HomelessDALLAS --(Business Wire)-- Employees from Associa, the nation's largest community association management firm, helped prepare and serve meals for the homeless in Dallas. As part of a department team building experience, about a dozen of the members from the Marketing and Communications (MarComm) team spent the afternoon of August 7 in the kitchen of Dallas LIFE. "As one of the newest members to the MarComm team, serving together was such a unique and special experience," says Senior Director of Change Management Catherine Tramuto. "I truly believe in the ministry and mission at Dallas LIFE and enjoyed every minute of serving North Texas' largest homeless shelter with my new teammates. I can't imagine a better way to show family spirit through giving back to the Dallas community." Dallas LIFE is a place where homeless men, women and children can receive help and hope during their time of need. It's intended to be a path to recovery and self-sufficient living. The 10-month New LIFE Program produces around 50 "graduates" each year who are recovered from addiction, restored with family members, and have jobs and housing.
