This contract is divided into lots: no Deposits and Guarantees required: 1 contractor invited to tender is obliged to pay the bid bond in the amount of PLN 100 000.00 (one hundred thousand 00/100); Second deposit must be paid before the deadline for submission of tenders in one or more of the forms specified in Art. 45 paragraph. 6 of the Act dated 29.1.2004, the Public Procurement Law. Third contractor who obtains the order will be required to provide a performance bond for 10% of the total gross price offer. 4 The performance bond shall be contributed in one form or forms referred to in Art. Paragraph 148. 1 of the Act of 29 January 2004, the Public Procurement Law.
