All Products shall be approved by the Authority prior to use and shall be furnished by the successful Bidder, at Bidder s sole cost and expense. The Agreement will govern all Products and Service provided to the Authority from the Company, and the terms of the Agreement shall supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms set forth on any purchase orders, purchase order acknowledgements, invoices, confirmations and/or other similar documents.
