Jerry Broderick Joins Culbert Healthcare Solutions as Executive Management Consultant

Culbert Healthcare Solutions, a professional services firm serving healthcare organizations across the country, announced today that Jerry Broderick has been named a consultant for the firm's management consulting group. In this role, Broderick will work with a range of healthcare providers to address key management and organizational challenges in light of changing care delivery and payment models.

As an executive management consultant, Broderick possesses a wide range of expertise and knowledge to provide guidance for enhancing strategies across areas such as physician-hospital alignment, physician compensation, clinical integration and interim leadership. Through its comprehensive management consulting services, Culbert helps support these organizations as they establish leadership and governance structures and strategic planning initiatives for improved operational efficiencies and clinical quality optimization strategie in a value-based care setting.

Broderick brings extensive experience in academic and non-academic medical centers, leading clinical departments and physician organizations across diverse areas such as physician performance, group practice operations, clinical integration, practice growth and development. Most recently, he held the position of executive director at Baptist Health System Physicians Network in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, he has worked in administrator and executive roles with the Houston Methodist Hospital Physician Organization, the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and Washington University School of Medicine. Broderick has a Master of Business Administration with a finance emphasis from St. Louis University.
