Unregistered Foreign Programs Not for Online Broadcasting(Sinocast Internet, Media & Online Services Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BEIJING, September 5, SinoCast -- Official website of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television revealed notice by the government agency, reiterating that foreign films and TV operas for online broadcasting must get licenses for public shows or publication. Otherwise, they are forbidden to be broadcasted on the Internet. The notice required that online websites for audio ands video programs should register their foreign films and TV operas in broadcasting to the government agency before March 31, 2015. Unregistered programs will not be allowed for online broadcasting from April 1, 2015. |
