Riskonnect announced today several new appointments, emphasizing the Atlanta-based company's continued growth and record sales. Joining the executive leadership team is Ashley Franco as Vice President, Professional Services, in Kennesaw, GA. Also joining Riskonnect are: Stephen Maddex as Senior Architect in Dallas, TX; David McGarry as Senior Architect in London, England; Mike Kelly as Senior Account Manager in Philadelphia, PA; and, Jeff Costley as Account Executive in Kennesaw, GA.

Ashley Franco comes to Riskonnect with 16 years experience in technology and with a strong background in technology specifically for the Insurance industry. He brings a focus on ensuring consistent attainment of a world-class delivery platform in alignment with the corporate growth model and the clients' needs to Riskonnect's Professional Services team. Franco's most ecent position was Vice President, Client and Professional Services at Ebix (News - Alert), a leading international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the Insurance industry. His tenure at Marsh & McLennan as Vice President, Global IT, has uniquely prepared him to lead Professional Services in global delivery and support. Franco's background also includes five years as IT Director for Diversified Underwriters Services, and four years as Senior Director of Field Technology & Professional Services at Skywire Software. In both roles, he demonstrated an aptitude for working across departments to deliver solutions while increasing organizational efficiency. He is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Life Brokerage Technology Committee, a professional group committed to collaborating on solving the efficiency challenges faced by the Insurance industry.



Stephen Maddex brings more than 20 years of enterprise level consulting experience for the Property & Casualty industry, and a broad and deep experience within IT Service/Integration and Transformation with P&C insurance value chain; creating efficient and innovative products, architectures, and custom solutions in a global service delivery environment. Maddex worked for two years at JBA International as VP of Financial Services. Prior to that, he spent 22 years at CSC (News - Alert) honing his experience in technology solutions for risk management in various roles, including RISKMASTER Business Unit Director/Program Manager (2005-2010) and Director of Business Intelligence for the P&C vertical (2010-2012).

David McGarry's career in technology is as broad as it is impressive, with over 10 years experience in a range of software roles including risk management, biotech, and finance. He has worked in international markets having implemented solutions through Asia and the Pacific region, and he is excited to use this experience in the team outside the US market. Prior to joining Riskonnect, McGarry worked at Marsh Stars as Delivery Lead for EMEA and Asia Pacific, where he managed the delivery of large global implementations. Prior to this he also worked for Randox Laboratories developing software for the world's first Biochip Analyzer, leading to the engineering team being awarded the prestigious Royal Society of Engineering MacRobert Award.


Mike Kelly comes to Riskonnect with over 10 years experience in software configuration and executive account management for the Risk and Insurance industry. Kelly was an Account Executive at Aon eSolutions (now Ventiv Technology), where he coordinated all RMIS activities for his clients in industries ranging from Casino/Resort Management to Healthcare, to Government entities. Prior to working at eSolutions, Kelly held a similar position with Open Solutions managing banking software and as a Benefits Administrator on the employee benefits side of insurance with Towers Perrin.

As Account Executive, Jeff Costley will provide Riskonnect clients with quality relationship management and assistance with their expansion needs. He brings over 20 years experience in software sales to the Risk and Insurance industry, and he is a veteran with overall market knowledge, including extensive experience in Property & Casualty and Excess & Surplus. Most recently, Costley worked as Director of Sales, Property & Casualty, at Ebix, where he provided account management with a focus on client solutions and retention. Prior to that, he worked at Stone River as Senior Sales Consultant, and at Agencyport Software as Senior Sales & Business Development Director. While at Oracle (News - Alert), Costley managed Sales and Professional Services to ensure successful installations and implementations were on time and on budget.
