Children Get "Motivated to Move" by UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team Members at the Boys & Girls Clubs of WarwickWARWICK, R.I. --(Business Wire)-- More than 50 children joined UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team members Hannah Barnes and John Murphy at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick to learn about cycling, and things they can do to be more active and eat healthier. Barnes and Murphy were in the New England area this week competing in the TD Bank Mayor's Challenge in Boston on Saturday, Sept. 20. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Rhode Island hosted "Motivated to Move," which enables UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling team members to meet with young people in communities where they will be racing. UnitedHealthcare Pro Cyclists discussed healthy eating habits and the benefits of exercise, and provided ips on bike safety and etiquette. "We were glad to have these athletes join us today to share their insights on being healthy," said Lara D'Antuono, executive director, Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick. "We look forward to working with UnitedHealthcare as we continue to develop programs to help educate our students and their families about healthier living."
