Community Health Systems to Participate in Leerink Partners Services Roundtable

Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) today announced that management will participate in the Leerink Partners Services Roundtable to be held September 30, 2014, at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York.

The investor presentation will begin at 9:05 a.m. Eastern time, 8:05 a.m. Central time, on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.
