JLL Names Maureen Ehrenberg to Executive Leadership Role [Professional Services Close - Up]


(Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) JLL has named Maureen Ehrenberg as Executive Managing Director for its Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business in the Americas and Chair of its IFM Global Specialty Board.



According to a company release, JLL's IFM practice specializes in providing corporate outsourcing services to local, regional and companies worldwide. Ehrenberg will provide strategic direction and expertise to a team of 8,000 who currently manage more than 760 million square feet of property in the Americas and provide leadership to the members of JLL's Global IFM Board.

Prior to joining JLL, Ehrenberg held the position of Global Director of Facilities Management at CBRE where she also held the role of Senior Managing Director for Global Corporate Services and Client Strategies. Previously, she was a Principal at Expense Management Solutions and also served as Executive Vice President and President of Global Client Services at Grubb & Ellis Company.
