Scope of Services Thank you for your interest in contracting opportunities with the San Diego Association of Governments ("SANDAG"). The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is seeking proposals from qualified firms with the expertise, experience, capacity, and resources to provide software and database application development services. The Project will involve improving SANDAG%s geodatabase, re-engineering a suite of editing tools, developing automated error check procedures, and developing Web-editing tools. The selected firm must have knowledge of and expertise in GIS database design, relational database management systems (specifically Microsoft SQL Server), and GIS desktop software products. Other Details The Proposer shall submit one (1) original, seven (7) hardcopies, and one (1) electronic copy of entire Proposal on a flash drive (in Adobe PDF file format). Notes The FTA DBE goal for this project is 3.26%. Ability to meet or attempt to meet goal must be documented at the time of proposal submission or proposer will be disqualified. If the DBE goal is not met, the proposer must document adequate good faith efforts. Only DBE participation will be counted towards the contract specific DBE goal.
