United States : DATA CENTER INC buys internet, mobile banking products [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Data Center Inc., a Hutchinson-based provider of bank software and technology services, has declared the acquisition of a suite of Internet and mobile banking software products from a Texas firm. The company did not reveal the financial terms of the transaction for Jack Henry & Associates TeleWeb products. The TeleWeb purchase is one of the company s most significant acquisitions, according to the company. The privately held company stated that the agreement covered the TeleBank voice banking system and its nearly 360 clients.
