Based at LABS, Inc. Centennial headquarters, Atkins has direct oversight of HR policy, compliance, employee relations, engagement, recruiting, training & development, compensation and benefits. Atkins brings nearly two decades of human resource leadership to LABS, Inc. Prior to joining the company, she served as the HR Manager at The Berry Company, providing human resource consultation and employee relations expetise to management teams overseeing more than 700 employees. She has also served as the HR Director at Arrow Electronics (News - Alert), Inc., and was a Senior Associate Relations consultant at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. "Atkins brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering success," said Todd Johnson (News - Alert), President and CEO.
