LMI AEROSPACE INC FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers, Other Events, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On October 8, 2014, LMI Aerospace, Inc. (the "Company") and Cynthia G. Maness, Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, agreed that effective December 23, 2014, Ms. Maness will cease serving as an officer and employee of the Company. Ms. Maness is expected to continue in her current position until that date. Item 8.01. Other Events. On October 10, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing Ms. Maness' upcoming departure (the "Press Release").
