On October 20, 2014, Mr. Olena Bystrova submitted to the Company a resignation
letter pursuant to which she resigned from her position as Chief Operating
Officer, Treasurer, and Director. Ms. Bystrova did not resign as the result of
any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation,
policies (including accounting or financial policies), or practices.
