Richmond Fed Announces Officer Appointments


(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 21 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond issued the following news release: The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announces the following officer appointments in its Information Technology department: Todd Dixon has been promoted to vice president in the IT department's application development function, with responsibility for areas including IT strategy, effective October 1. Dixon, who had been an assistant vice president in the department, joined the Richmond Fed in 2001. Previously, he worked for Experient Technologies.



Dixon earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.

Ronnie Levine has been appointed as a vice president in the IT application development function, with responsibility for areas including applications architecture, effective October 20. Levine joins the Richmond Fed from the National Credit Union Administration, where she had been chief information officer. She previously held the same position with the U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management.


Levine earned a bachelor's degree in information systems from Virginia State University and an MBA from Dowling University.

Niranjan Chandramowli has been promoted to assistant vice president in the IT application development function, effective October 1. He joined the Richmond Fed in 2010 and, as program director, has been responsible for application development for several business lines. He previously worked at the Virginia Department of Social Services.

Chandramowli earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in computer applications from the University of Madras in India.
